The best choice is to go for swimsuits since those are limited and Nikkes who aren't collab characters or swimsuits usually get added to the gacha pool,
unless for some god unexplained reason, they're like Ludmilla (Winter Owner) (Nikke) who is limited despite not being a swimsuit or collab character, in which case RIP wallet.

Summer and winter units are limited for some reason. Winter Ludmilla is a winter unit, so she, Mica: Snow Buddy, Anne: Miracle Fairy, and Rupee: Winter Shopper are limited units. The new Absolute units will be added to the general pool, so you will be able to wishlist them, at least.
