Artist's commentary
The laid-back and loyal Third Division Vice Captain of the Japan Defense Force. His Kaiju slaying lineage dates back to the Muromachi period. As a skilled swordsman, his prowess surpasses even his Division Captain Mina Ashiro in neutralizing small to medium-sized Kaiju.
