Please don't put up 'empty' translation bubbles if you don't plan on filling them. It just looks bad.

I see no problem with them, since it will make it easier for future translator.

What is far far, far worse, is that pasteltel's comics usually remain very many weeks without a translation.

This makes it less annoying to the translator, as they don't need to drag a bunch of translation boxes (the "add translation" link, which is on the top) to the last panels (bottom). Just giving the proper conditions to make someone think that translating this will not be "too much of a pain and have other things to do".

But, if it bothers you too much, you can just click on the page and all notes will disappear.

Actually, using the tools from howto:translate, this is a non-issue, so I wouldn't recommend adding empty translation notes.
