12 years ago, I had a very turbulent time in my life where I felt lost at a crossroad with no direction to go, and became very distrustful of people. Then I encountered Idolm@ster and Million Live in general, and witnessed the stories of Emily and Serika, who I was the same age as at the time. Seeing their journey at a young age and the hardships they had to endure gave me something to work towards and jump back on to. That dream has never faded even as personal circumstances kept bringing me down, and their existence only serves to keep reminding me what I was working towards. Even if I get lost in the shadows, their light will guide me back on the right path.
