Likely ai-assisted due to being a replica (maybe even trace?) of an ai-generated image as with other posts from this artist (comment #2533653)
Though there's no follow-up tweet for this one yet, the fingers (especially) are indicative of ai tracing and similar to other tweets where they traced over ai.
It's a real shame. The least they could do is replicate real art if they want to improve, instead of blindly following ai nonsense anatomical mistakes.
