I'm prone to perfectionism and it's always funny to see what it looks like from the outside.
Try alt-tabbing between this version of the image and the other one a few times. Imagine drawing one of them and then thinking "damn, I need to fix Alice's ear for the reupload, this is unacceptable".

I have no idea which of these is the fixed version, but I hope the author feels good about the ear now.
