July 23rd, the day with a temperature of 41.1°C, the highest ever recorded in Japan!
In 2018, a temperature of 41.1°C was recorded in Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture, breaking the record for the highest temperature ever recorded in Japan. (The same temperature was also recorded in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture.)
This is not a temperature that a normal human can be active for long periods of time...Don't forget to stay hydrated!
