Man, it makes you wish Capcom woulda just stuck with Poison as female. That's how I prefer to see her. 'Nuff said!!! X_X I've seen skinny guys, but even if she's transsexual, there's no way she could be that way so easily!

technically the japanese version did say poison is female but the american ver. did not like that fact so they changed her to a transsexual.
It's up to you which you choose the japanese or american personally I chose japanese since they made it
