Science fiction? More like science fact. Saw one of these made once on a show called Scrapheap Challenge or maybe it was American Chopper, I can't quite remember which one, it was a couple of years ago after all.

I tagged it 'futuristic' - don't quite agree with that term's alias to 'science fiction'. The point is that such vehicles are both not common and associated in the popular imagination with future societies, not that they are out-and-out fictional.

If someone knows the actual name of the vehicle then they should add it to the tags.

I don't think so... i recall it to be of western origin, and was about some people riding around destroying some kind of hypnosis field that can turn unprotected people evil or something.
