Kind of missing the point? Makoto is hardly ever wearing anything other than that outfit. Fanart almost always has her wearing the same things, either her school uniform or what she's wearing here.
Makoto is always just Makoto. People don't manipulate her mood or the atmosphere and she just ends up being boring and stale after awhile.
Yes, when she was first presented as a DLC character, her outfit was hot, the underboob was great, and her theme was upbeat and catchy. I want more though and I'm not getting it.
