The character request tag is for the four kids in the top left corner. They're minor characters in the series who usually visit the candy store where Haruno lives in. They haven't been given names yet and are referred to collectively as "the elementary schoolers that frequent the candy store" (駄菓子屋常連の小学生) by the manga author in the character height comparison chart.
