The only source I could find for this image was Dengeki, which put a nasty watermark on it. Though I suppose being able to read Japanese would help in finding it...

On a serious note though, since there was never a full NA release of Ace Combat 3...I wonder if the COFFIN System uses a skin suit.

Cynthia and Rena have them, though in Rena's case it's more of a space suit to protect her from sunlight, since it's fatal to her.
