From the thumbnai it looked like this was a Gaijin 4-koma parody.

Those sunglasses just makes Komachi and Iku awesome.

And for some reason I'm thinking of that one ep. of Married...with Children where NO MA'AM goes to DC to get Psycho Dad uncanceled and they all come up with a hilariously bad excuse for ice fishing.

I am sorry to say the beautiful ladies on the right side have been overshadowed by the boss-bamstic duo.
