Thing is, I only know how to make tags. I don't have any idea how to make tags on the actual image itself like you're doing.

Oh, don't worry about it. You can fix the tag list too since that's pretty incomplete (missing a lot of minor characters). To make tags on the image itself in a convenient way, first download this greasemonkey script:

Then, if you press Ctrl+X while your mouse is over the image, it will create a note at the position of your mouse. You can drag it around and resize it after that. Clicking on the box opens up a dialog where you can enter text; pressing "save" will add the annotation/note to the image at that position. You can change it later on if you want to move it or revise the translation.

It accepts HTML, so you'd have to do instead of
