It may have more to do with the fact that this is Satori. She could be reading his mind and seeing something dirty, or this could just be referencing the Satori being angry about lolicon meme.

This is why everybody likes Koishi better.
Or why I like her better, at least.

I'm pretty sure Satori is a lot more popular with the community than Koishi is. (I like them both)
