It's funny if not for the fact that xenomorph bodily fluids are acidic/corrosive. Though I suppose after draining out all it's internal fluids, It might still be edible?

Don't worry.Swamps and some other food are the same way too,just not that acided.
And maybe the shell are edible too,if they are cleanse before cooking.
