This is the first time, in this series, that Koa is actually worried about Patchy.

And the first time that Koa actually does work.

Ever since Koa knows Patches name she has been kinda less evil than before.
Perhaps she didn't know who she was but was told by Remi to serve Patche.

The helplessness and cuteness of Patchoo is just softening the old demon up..
