It's only vaguely related but sprang to mind: where I work we have a couple standard 40ft shipping containers plopped on the ground as product storage, one of which is a freezer. One day last week my coworker opened the door to the freezer while I was a couple feet to the side shuffling something in the truck bed when we both heard what sounding like a solid slap to the ass. We look at each other highly confused before noticing a gigantic green slug that had fallen from the top of the door to right where he'd been standing and exploded. Good thing he stepped to the side to secure the door instead of moving to head inside.
