Pics like these make me wish Pokemon was a more balanced game so that you really could use any one competitively. Because goddamn I never thought Rattata could be this adorable.

At the very least, all evolved forms should be equal in some way. Although its cool to see certain pokemon like Scyther and Pinsar having totally different stats and both still can be used competively. Although Scyther used more if memory serves right.

Rattata has Super Fang which is kinda cool if you can use his SPD right. I usually use Raticate with Endure -> +2 spd berry -> Reversal.
