Saw it being played at a gaming convention this spring, where it was described as "Dominion with sexy nazis" and got quite a lot of attention due to the theme. Dominion is a card game (not the collectible kind) that the game mechanics of this and other Archlight games are based on/inspired by/ripped from. Which I am totally okay with, it's a clever system.
Never got to try it out myself, but I played Archlight's maid harem game that uses the same basic mechanics, and it was pretty fun. There was also a Touhou version.
