"Mizuko Beer" is presumably a joke about Yebisu, one of the best-known Japanese beer brands, named after the god Ebisu who is also the main inspiration for Eika the Touhou character.

"Mizuko", i.e. "water baby" meaning a baby who died in the womb or shortly after birth, like Eika. So hopefully not something you'd name a beverage.
