For context, Ayabe-san is dreaming a sheepified version of the 2017 Nakayama Daishogai which saw Oju take on Up to Date in what effectively became the biggest steeplechase showdown in JRA history.

... and it seems she dreamt up all the way to Oju's retirement, the 2022 Daishogai, which saw him defeated by FloUnS's great-grandson; who was born two days after Oju won his first JGI title!

P.S. I wonder if the dream goes up to the sheep moving in with Gimlet and Acute...

From what I can gather, "Fumikitte Jumpu~!" featured in the second panel is the catchphrase of one Yamamoto Naoya, who has worked in horse race commentary for over 30 years.
