For anyone who doesn't know the series, the joke is that the protagonist, Kitano, has a really scary face, so scary that almost everyone thinks he's a mass-murderer, but is a real nice guy (probably one of the nicest that exists on earth).

So, hum, here, Sanae may be scary, but she's a good girl.
