Yes, I'm sure. It looks exactly like her. And the right looks exactly like Orihime. Even ignoring that they're both drawn pretty faithfully, Shexyo has drawn both characters multiple times before and they match previous drawings, too.

Agreed. Although they do share a surprising number of physical characteristics, Orihime’s face is fairly distinct. Additionally, the poses are very different.
