The closest boat looks like it is floating. Plus sailboats have keels to counter the wind trying to push the sail over into the water. Some can be lifted up but usually bigger sailboats [ones with cabins] have a fixed keel. THat water doesn't look nearly deep enough. Still... nice picture!
