That could be suprisingly accurate since Marisa (and Youmu, too) are somewhere between 12-13 as far as their physical maturity goes, according to Zun's chart. They are just one grade above the likes of Remi, Flan, Chen and Cirno who have the appearance of 10-year olds.
While Reimu belonged to the taller girls, we don't know anything about Sanae, but I guess she is in the same class as Reimu.

Dunno but in general fanon, Marisa and Youmu are on the small side compared to Reimu, who is then kinda small compared to Sanae.

Honestly, I always thought the four were about the same age.

Actually, half ghosts age slower than humans. So technically, Youmu is the oldest of the four. (I forget her actual age offhand, though)

Sanae = Big Breast and hairy (the "good girl" probably has more sex than she lets on)

Marisa = Perky Breast and smooth (the seductress wins many points, we'll leave it at that.)

Youmu = Petite Breast and perfect ass (No telling how tight her holes are)

Reimu = Nice-sized Breast and trimmed (that tight body throws down like a tiger time 10, I bet money on it)

she pushing around 50 at least she's not older than 59 though since she doesn't know about the 60 year cycle of PoFV while this makes cirno at least 60 since she does know about the cycle(although not what actually is going on)
