And if you are stupid enough to attempt this, be sure to slash down the wrist, not across, like this girl did. You will bleed out faster, and avoid cutting all the tendons to your fingers. That way, if you happen to survive by some chance, you will still have the use of your hand.

Geez, that's not the proper way to slice your wrists. You cut from the elbow down to the wrist. From the small amount of blood shown, she's not even nearly close to death.
I was about to say the same. Not only is she nowhere near death, but her wrist isn't even in the water, and she cut the wrong direction. She's not going to die at all.

Slitting one's wrists is often intended as more of a cry for help than as a serious suicide attempt. If that's the case here, then cutting across is the way to go since it's unlikely to be fatal. The real mistake is doing it in the tub; if she gets woozy from blood loss she could slip in and unintentionally drown.
If for some reason you really want to kill yourself by bleeding out I suggest going for the carotid artery. It will be much faster and ultimately less painful than cutting the wrists.

Well i worked in a morgue once and i always remember what one of the guys said
"those that want out cut down the those that want help go across, we still get em both just later"
Cut across can be fixed it a slit when you open it up down the line you pump out a lot stops you might not be instant but you wont be able to do anything about it
