It's nice to see a stomach bulge that seems to account for bone structure for once, appearing only above the pubic bones and apparently limited by the sternum. Props to the artist for that!

(Naturally, I know this one still reflects a lot more flexibility of internal organs than one can expect in reality. But if I am going to suspend disbelief enough to allow for the existence of a 20-inch long penis, then I don't mind a little imagination that certain soft tissues could slide aside for its benefit. The idea that a fleshy sponge-balloon full of blood would cause solid bone to deform in its image, though, is not so easy to imagine.)
