The source lists the Size as 192x192 and "pixel_size": 6 can be found in the page code. Indeed the image is made of 6x6 squares of solid color. The pixilart website uses the 6x image file even if you display at "Original" so I went with that for upload, but below obtained by magick -sample 192x192 is what I imagine the work was drawn as.
