    I'm sure this is an amazing explanation how to properly draw the golden colour scheme on a bikini.
    Unfortunately, I can't read any of it. Especially since I'm not good with handwritten Kanji.

    Using a dodge (glow) layer, create highlights with a soft pen or airbrush.
    From reference the surrounding area appears to have highlights, so enclose it as well.
    It may seem like a no-brainer, but that's how it is.

    By looking at references, the colors seem to line up like this.
    Highlights and shadows are adjacent.
    On top of the base color, add a darker color. Use a median color for the reflection.
