But then how tall would someone like Suika or Chen be? They can't be even shorter than Konata and Taiga.

More sources in thread. Girls don't grow much after 14, so this could easily make Reimu the height of an average grown woman in modern Japan (157 cm = 5'2", multiple people thought this), which would be taller than the other 4 girls but not Chihaya. It's a matter of speculation though.
