I think you’re supposed to use https://testbooru.donmai.us/ for uploading tests.

Nothing needs to be done about the image. If it’s not approved within three days, it will be automatically deleted (which, on this site, just means it will be hidden). If it’s manually deleted, you’ll temporarily lose 5 upload slots for 3 days, so that’s something you’ll want to avoid.
