Been here a couple years, actually. Just finding it odd how I'm seeing more and more pics of Flan with varying headwear. In the other pics like this people actually thought it was Rumia before someone pointed out that the author said it was Flan.

Who knows, maybe they're one of the people who subscribe to the whole "Rumia is Flan in disguise" nonsense...
