    Pixiv description and tags mention nothing of Bleach. Her attire is identical to the reapers' uniform in Bleach and I think I saw that ribbon-on-arm thing before.

    Ribbon-on-arm reminds me of Final Fantasy VII, where Cloud and Co. wore ribbons around their left forearms after a certain incident. [/unrelated]
