It could simply be the split around the knee, pushed up due to her leaning over slightly like she's doing in that panel or something.

She's nowhere near as muscular as I've seen her drawn by other artists. It's just that this artist draws her shirt as being very baggy which makes her look wider than she is. Look closer and you can see her arms are actually rather slender for someone who's known for her brute strength.

Hmm is it me or does Yuugi have pants that resemble a certain saint?
