Yanagi decided to follow Ami-san's suggestion on doing a slightly lewder stream together with her sister, just to test out how much views and popularity her channel would gain, however she didn't expect how overboard Ami-san would go with this idea... drugging both of them, tying them up in an extremely humiliating position, even going as far as setting up donations for increasing the timer and sub goals...
After some struggling Hana and Yanagi realized there's not a chance they are escaping their predicament, so... completely bound... they decided they might as well make the most out of their "situation"...
