Karakuri Base (Faceless)
A gift from Kashin Koji.
The lacquered box contains a life-sized wooden puppet featuring articulated ball joints...and no face. The puppet's unique presence makes it so you can't help but see the box as a casket at first glance. Apparently, this puppet is a spare body. It is possible to swap out specific parts, such as its arms or legs, but according to Kashin Koji, it is most efficient to swap the entire body at once.
Furthermore, a full-body swap grants benefits such as:
・Enhanced reflexes
・Increased (muscular) output
・Removed sense of pain (permanent)
・Edged and ballistic damage resistance (only on impact)
・Implantable weaponry (left and right extremities)
...And more! Handy, that!
