I only plays in JP dub so I don't know how other dubs sound
But in JP dubs, from Cartethyia tones she expresses absolute disgust when you offered her Pizza Tropicale.

I also play in JP dub so I heard the same. It's really funny how disgusted she sounds. A true Ragunnesi.
