电子松鼠琪琪的机能风穿着的设计定稿。电子松鼠琪琪 (Kiki the Cyber Squirrel) 是我为自由开源绘画软件 Krita 设计的吉祥物。

机能风 (Techwear) 是当年流行的一种服装风格，当时动漫圈内比较火的手游“明日方舟”主要采用的就是这个风格的变种。我大概是跟风式地模仿了一下，但因为个人对于简洁、舒适、不造作的偏好，对机能风比较流行的某些惯用手法的模仿还是比较克制的。在那之后我更多地选择以运动服装和休闲服装等为设计底本。

This is Kiki’s techwear costume design. This is the final version based on the earlier versions.

Techwear was a costume design style popularized by the mobile game Arknights around 2019 – 2020. I followed the trend and drew a few Kiki pictures with the style. However, the style was also highly exaggerated in the seemingly useful but actually useless details, the visually striking but uncomfortable materials, and the extremely baggy coat and insanely layered clothing. Since I came from an industrial design education background, I just could not get myself to push things to such an extreme. I would turn to athletic wear based costume designs in layer days.
