    Though they have a brain link, the other sisters don't appear to feel pain when one gets hurt, so if one gets drunk the others shouldn't be affected.

    Don't take my word for it though since I've only watched the anime.

    I believe not. The Misaka network wouldn't be used to transfer feelings or mental conditions to the other Misaka's, they only share eachothers' thoughts, as far as I know. That's why when Accelerator kills them, the rest don't break down from the pain. Even if they could transfer mental conditions or feelings, they wouldn't be "drunk" since being drunk can only happen as a direct result of drinking enough alcohol. Since the rest were not drinking alcohol, they wouldn't exactly be "drunk."
