Apparently this isn't quite as normal as it seems, based on his commentary. It says that her hands are covering her nipples and those bumps are mosquito bites. Should the tags be changed with +bug_bite and -nipples for that? Not quite sure how the whole "tag what you see" works with this.

Probably a joke aimed at poor nipple placement by some artists.
