No one's saying that. Himari's chat (immediately under the red superchat) is asking if the video in-universe is AI. That's why it was tagged with ai-generated_art_(topic) instead of ai-generated.

Come to think of it, the AI reference seems to be about deepfakes instead of AI art. Would it still qualify for the tag in that case?
