Much weirdness in the details. Both the Skyraider (in Vietnam-era colors, no less) and TBF/TBM strikers have the "PJ" tail code of VP-69, a reserve Navy squadron that operated the P-3 Orion. The ships are at least consistent as Fletcher-class destroyers USS Isherwood and USS Laws , and were apparently selected for their presence in the "Call of Duty: World at War" mission "Black Cats". Lastly, if they're Liberion personnel, shouldn't they wear some form of khakis?

Possibly the Liberion navy would wear bikinis rater than school swimsuits. So I prefer that.

Like khaki flight suits you mean? What they're wearing doesn't seem odd considering almost all other witches wear what are essentially dress uniform jackets into combat.

Well, it's not like the artist isn't familiar with that. Other examples of the artist's work feature khaki jackets and even the unpopular slate gray that was briefly issued in 1942, along with requisite Mae Wests. My re-reading of a half-assed mechano-translate hints at perhaps the characters are out of proper uniform? Perchance anyone with linguistic skills care to illuminate this?
