Source: According to the artist, this was a Chinese New Year postcard illustration created for the Chinese version of Hobby Japan magazine. The image was previously posted on Pixiv with a download link to the original file, but was removed when the artist deleted many older works. I couldn't find a URL. The artwork was tagged as part of the Electric Hearts project or just referring to the mecha style.
