    This is a web reprint of the Etrian Odyssey V Dragoon Boys and Girls book that was distributed at C91 (12/29/2016).
    It contains my own settings, deviations from the original story, and romance elements, so please keep that in mind while reading.

    After reading the doujin that this work is a prequel to, it's clear to me that Burn is dead. It seemed ambiguous to me here, but I've edited the translation slightly to remove the erroneous statement Seto makes in the bottom-left panel.
