ぺネロぺ・クルスが出てきました。
あと、永遠亭の4人も出てきたんですがてゐの顔がサンドラ・ブロックでした。
そこは永琳だろうと･･･。

しかしまぁ、ぺネロぺクルスにサンドラブロックなんて僕は出演料いくら
払えばいいのだろう。

妖夢が可哀想になってくる漫画です。今回はたいしてダメっ子みょんちゃんじゃないのにね。
因みに背景の稲葉（因幡）様は一緒に暮らしている妹が描いてくれました。
東方あまり知らないのに、とても嬉しいです。

Not sure what he means here, as the only background character I see in any of the panels is Youmu's spirit half in panel 2...

The only guess I can make is the background his pixiv page currently has. Its a picture of a lady out of what looks like a magazine with Tewi ears and a carrot necklace doodled on.
