I would say that for being the first non italian Jiji ever drew officially she resulted ok despite the already overused theme of whites because Russia aparently doesnt have other climates. Soviet navy uniforms have some unique traits that are worth use as reference imo.

Worth noting that the Kirovs were based on an Italian design (though not actually built in Italy like Tashkent was).
