This is probably a Takato Yamamoto parody. Not sure if it's based on any particular painting, and I don't know if it should be tagged fine_art_parody or style_parody, or both.

I think it would fit better under style parody, as the fine art parody tag seems to be for when specific pieces of art are imitated.
