Probably that it involves "krap," which sounds like a word related to an evacuation from the OTHER end of the body.

I'm thinking Shinkai was thinking more along the lines of "I feel like krapula".

Krapula is the "formal" term for a hangover. The teens in Finland nowadays prefer the term "darra" which probably comes from the swedish hangover-term "dagen äfter"(literally, the "day after").
