I think that's due to a lak of moderation and the impression everyone can do however they please. It's the same on the local Discord. And when you try to moderate, everyone loses their minds.
I'm not sure how that's related to builders uploading off-topic for the lols, but okay.

Moderators aren't omniscient either, and they moderate on their own time just like everyone else. It wouldn't be surprising if some stuff slips through the cracks. This is why we have a report function.
